ComBase is a relational database of Predictive Microbiology information.
ComBase contains thousands of data sets that describe the growth, survival and
inactivation of bacteria under diverse environments relevant to food processing operations.
The data sets have been donated by researchers and institutions, and have been derived from the
published literature.
Sign-In - You will be prompted for
your Email address and password.
Register - Registration
will allow you to download data records and it will allow us to
contact you periodically to notify you of updates to ComBase.
